We are the first wellness/fitness team on the Northshore of Louisiana with a focus on friendship, maintaining/improving fitness levels, and volunteering.  One of our primary goals is helping others try to stay dedicated to a healthy, active lifestyle.   We offer opportunities to participate in Mardi Gras parades, group exercise classes in person and online, and local fundraisers.  We strive to offer flexibility to accommodate the needs of our team members as many are working parents, grandparents, live out of town, and some need exercise modifications.
